Pressure Integrity Ltd specialize in the supply, maintenance, repair and testing of gate valves and Xmas tree assemblies, in sizes ranging from 2-1/16" 3,000 PSI to 7-1/16" 5,000 PSI and beyond. We have extensive experience of valves from all the major manufacturers, including Anson, Cameron, McEvoy, WKM, Gray, FMC and many others. We can also supply, maintain and repair chokes, choke manifolds and many other types of flow control equipment.
With our small but experienced team of field service technicians, we are also leaders in the procurement, assembly and installation of wellheads for the onshore drilling and production industry.
In addition to the flow control equipment, we are also able to provide treating iron on a rental basis. Whatever your needs, Pressure Integrity Ltd are able to provide the full range of pup joints, plug valves, check valves, hammer unions, circulating loops and swivels to cover your needs. Of course, you may have your own contracts in place for equipment and services, but nowhere to carry out essential work. You may have a need for storage of expensive or delicate equipment. We can offer a secure, fully equipped workshop/warehouse with 24 hour access and full Broadband service.
Pressure Integrity Ltd also offer a well test package, comprising 3 x 180 bbl stock tanks complete with walkway manifolds, choke manifold, back pressure simulator, knock out pot and vent stack. We have electronic tank dip tapes to ascertain water-cut levels.
This is available for rental on a daily basis, short or long term, as equipment only, or alternatively, we can supply operators either on a 12 or 24 hour basis as required. Please call to discuss your needs.
Completion Services
Pressure Integrity Ltd can now offer a completion module make-up and break-out service.
Following on from a move to larger premises, we recently invested in a BJ Hughes torque machine to allow us to offer ‘make & break’ services to UK land drilling and completion operations. With full Salvo control and PC back-up of data, we can handle most modules from 2 3/8” up to 7 5/8”, and an upper limit of around 10,000 ft/lbs.
All modules can be pressure tested on site and issued with certificates, so helping to minimise rig downtime.
If needed, we can offer workshop and office space to allow your engineers the facility to tally your modules pre-completion. With wireless Broadband, you can have direct contact with your wellsite.
We have close ties with a well-respected national haulage company who are fully experienced in oilfield schedules, and we would be happy to arrange all your transportation needs to and from rigsite.
